@nuhsga First try accessing your account using the Chrome browser in incognito mode, if it still doesn't work then to get access to your account you will need to contact a moderator, you can send them a private message here:

Either way, make sure you have the funds in your account first or it won't work, it won't use your credit card even if you have autopay set up.
