@CS_Agent  HELp. i keep getting this message. Have only had my account 25 days and want to keep using public mobile but have no more data. cant update my account or add a plan! 

It will not allow me to reset password!

@nuhsga First try accessing your account using the Chrome browser in incognito mode, if it still doesn't work then to get access to your account you will need to contact a moderator, you can send them a private message here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

You can either buy a data addon or ask the moderators to renew your plan early. Either way, make sure you have the funds in your account first or it won't work, it won't use your credit card even if you have autopay set up.
