Flash Free Month

Hi,

I signed up for the "flash" free month promotion providing my email before I activated my new account.  When can I expect to see the one month credit in my account please?  I have screenshots with date/time to verify if needed.

As long as you followed the steps provided in the information about the promotion, you should be fine. The credit will be in your account within 30 days of activation.

The offcial line is within 30 days.....unofficially this has been applied 5 business days after the end of the promotion you signed up for. If it was Christmas day then you will likely see it applied possibly on New Years eve or more likely January 4th 2021. If its January 8th then likely on January 15th....

If you do not see it applied by 3 or 4 days before renewal then contact the moderators to have them apply it.

As long as all criteria were met, the credit will be applied within 30 days.
