I tried to update my credit card info but it keeps failing. Called the bank and they said they can see all the requests failing because of invalid address. Checked with bank the address I am posting and everything is fine, however they cannot see the actual request and she couldn't tell me what is wrong. Can anyone help? Is the credit card locked on Public Mobile side and if so how can it be unlocked?

@adrianboghian The PM does not like any special characters when entering your address. Make sure the address is exactly as on your statement minus and Apartment and/or unit number. Also do not use a space for postal code.
