Some credit cards indicate a charge as pending. Maybe the second is in pending status and will get removed after a period of time.

Are those just "pending purchases" showing on your credit card or are they the "approved transactions"?
Does your Available Balance show the amounts you paid on your SELF SERVE account?

Are you sure two payments went through (on a credit card)? Or did you do two voucher top ups.
Why not leave it there for your next renewal? It may take just as long to request a refund (and that is not guaranteed).

If it's just sitting in your Available Funds then you can leave it there for your next renewal. Unfortunately, refunds take so long that your next renewal would probably happen anyway.
