@hellsbells05 Since Public plans are 30 days in duration and not monthly it's possible to get charged twice for a plan within the same month. Are you sure that is not what's happening in you case?
Over a month now. I'm paying for my whole family of 5 now so everyone's payment is due on different days. This month I was charged 7 times on my credit card.
