Does Public Mobile charge a fee for invoices?

I know that in order to receive a formal invoice, you need to contact Public Mobile directly.  However, I would like to confirm if there will be a charge for the invoice or if it is free.  Is there an additional fee associated with requesting and receiving an invoice from Public Mobile?  Thanks in advance.

Many issues get raised.  Unfortunately, change can take a long time. Also, there are often issues that need more immediate attention and this can cause issues that should have already been addressed to have delayed resolutions.

@computergeek541  good point.. wonder if any Oracle ever help us to raise this to PM before? Do you know if this is even on PM "to-do" list or they are not considering at all?

I've always believed that Public Mobile should have always automatically provided the receipt.  If Public Mobile can automatically send a thank you text message after each successful renewal, why can't they send an e-mail message with the receipt atached after each renewal instead?

@axk165   No fee for requesting and getting the invoice, just the inconvenience of having to make the request each time you need to do that.
