Date of each month payment

Hi, I have a question why you guys changed me in advance? My anniversary of payment is every 18th of the month but the last 2 months you changed from my auto payment on the 14th??? I need an answer please?

@popping small detail:  technically, it's on the months following a month with 31 days.  (Plus March, since Feb has 28 or 29 days.)

PM billing cycle is 30 days - NOT monthly.  Therefore, your renewal date changes for the month with 31 days.

@Hashimi all the plans at public mobile are 30 day plans, not monthly so your renew date can move around a bit every month
