Charged twice for signing up

I've been double-charged for signing up.

I tried looking for a way to contact publicmobile but there is no contact information, anywhere. The ticket submission system on this site is literally broken. It does not work. It keeps giving me errors despite giving correct information. The publicmobile twitter can't be DM'd and I doubt the twitter has any power regarding my payments.

 

@Moderator_Team I am extremely pissed off right now for being double-charged and wasting my day trying to find a contact method. I want to contact somebody directly. This is incredibely shady.
