I’ve been charged twice this month! I just upgraded to the $25 Canada wide, unlimited text message and data, but I’ve been charged $50. Please could a moderator look into this for me.

No. I selected change on renewal date, which is today. Hence, it should’ve charged me only once for the next month.

Did you change your plan BEFORE your renewal date? If it's your case your payment it's ok. The last plan is paid and cancelled and the new one paid for the next 30 days.
