--- Charged 80$ instead of 50$ ---

hell0 everyone, new PublicMobile client here..glad to be part of the community!

but.. i got an issue with my billing.

Today i have set-up my account with a 50$ plan wich includes Data, text messaging and calls, but once i went in my ''payment history'', i notice it actually took 80$ instead of 50$ !

I see the plan is 50$, but under it, there is an extra 30$ wich says ''3 Choices with Canada-wide Talk''.

Here's how it looks in my payment history:

More will have similar questions when they first seeing their bill.  The way public mobile list the fee, discount are not easy to understand at the beginning.  Not sure why they do it that way.

Hi @Ted,

Welcome to Public Mobile. 

If you check your credit card statement,  you will see that you actually got charged $50+tax. 

The way Public Mobile shows the summary of charges is convoluted and confusing but the extra $30 is actually a discount and not a charge to your credit card. 

Hope this helps clarify the confusion.
