Changing plans charged twice

I changed my boyfriend and my plans to the 50$ plan. the payments came out on October 9th and was supposed to be renewed to the 50$ plan. Now we just get a text saying our 45$ plan has been paid. now 112$ went missing and we are stuck with the 45$ plan!! Need help!

Log into My Account and look at your plan detail. It'll give you info on which plan you currently subscribe to.

Did you check your payment history did it really go through? 

Did you do immediate change or postdated change? 

What are the balances on each case?

Can you take screenshot of your payment history for last 30 days, zoom out the sensitive information
