Same question I have. Thanks for solutions in this posting. I'll just share the steps i did:

1. sign into self serve https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/

2. click under "Payment" tab

3. click bottom left corner link: "Manage my card - Update or remove my Credit or Visa debit card"

4. click on the link "Replace this credit card"

5. update your CC info

6. after your done, you should see still see "AutoPay is active on this account"

cheers

Choose replace card rather than remove card.

From my experience, I remove my old credit card   and then I signed up for autopay again with my new credit card and it worked for me.

Here's the direct link after you sign in:

Manually test the new cc by adding $1 to your account to make sure that the new autopay cc is working.

HEllo @jonebone98 ,

Sign into self serve, under "Payment" tab, and see bottom left corner "Manage My Card"

To do that in your self account, you need to first remove/replace the old card. This won't affect your autopay reward as long as you add a new card and enable autopay.
