Changed the plan and the account didn't autopay as usual

Hi,

 

Used the services for almost a year with autopay setup.

Changed my plan last month but didn't change any credit card info & autopay. Today I found my account is suspended and went to the website and said i didn't pay the bill, so I paid it again.

But then I saw my Autopay setup still here so I wonder what had happened.

Meanwhile when I can use the service again.

@shama0724 You can contact the moderators here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

There should be a button that says Reactive Account near the top of the page. If it doesn't work try again with Chrome in incognito mode. If it's still not working you may need to wait for the moderators.

@shama0724 There has been a problem with renewals recently, you will need to contact the moderators.

For now, you can manually add funds to your account and try to reactivate it.
