Hi,
I want to pay for more minutes but it wont let me log into self serve, and when I try to change password an error comes up that says:
ForgotPassword/OldPasswordNotValidContactAdmin
Very sad at my experience w public

Try clearing your browser cache/history/cookies. Close browser and open a new browser in incognito/private mode.

have you tried adding $$ to your account by dialing 611 ?
