I've beeb trying to add a monthly subscription to my sim card but everytime my card would be refused. It is a visa debit card. I did a test and purchased something using it, so it should be working. I have all the necessary funds and my card isn't blocked.
I deduce that it is your website that's having issues with my card, not the other way around.
Also, the website crashed while I was trying to pay for this subscription. Now I can't start the registering process because my sim card number's been registered. So I tried logging in, but the website says that action is disabled.
So now I can't add and pay a new subscription and I can't access my account.

What do u mean login has been deactivated? You forgot the password to the original account you made during activation? If so the forgot password button doesn't work and you need to private message the mods.
If when you tried reactivating the sim after several hours from the original attempt and it says the sim is already on another account I would assume there was an account created. You could double check with the mods

I'm sorry but it's not so simple.
Now I can't login to my account. Logging in has been deactivated. When I go to activate my account, my sim card is already associated to an account.
I'm stuck there. There's nothing I can do.
I need my account to be unlocked... In order to buy and use your services.
Please, assume that I've used all browsers already. I wouldn't ask for help if I hadn't tried already.

As stated above, try a different browser maybe under incognito mode or clearing the cache on the browser. Giving some time in between attempts is also a good idea.
On the billing address, leave the apartment field blank. Make sure the billing address matches exactly your visa debit address.

The public mobile website can be finicky trying using a different browser. I find google chrome incognito mode works well.
During my sim activation the website also froze and I was unable to finish the process and like you said it wouldn't let me restart the registration. Just wait a couple hours and try again.
Many users have problems with debit card. Do u have a different card you could try?
