Hi there,
I'm trying to make my monthly payment but am unable to do so (my montly service expires tomorrow). Each time I attempt to make a payment, I receive a message saying that I have enough balance. However, my current balance is $0.00. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@tsirota Check the payment transaction history and see if payment is already taken. If your account status is Expired but service is working fine, just ignore that.

@tsirota, I take it you are trying to pay with the credit card on file? How about trying with a different browser, clearing browser cache, using incognito mode. Perhaps if there is a credit card on file in the account, enable auto pay and let the system do the heavy lifting and earn some rewards in the process.
