Why has my service been suspended for non-payment when i have been on auto pay for years? Thee is nothing wrong with my credit card.

Hi there,
Is the problem solved? I have the same problem, and service suspended for almost a week. Very inconvient!!!

Uh oh, I hope your service is restored soon.
Two problems in the same week, province wide calling plans and now issues with legacy plans.
When they resolved the province wide calling plan issue, they did issue the following:
The first issue was resolved in 2 days.

What's your self serve account shows? ACTIVE or SUSPENDED?
