I'm unable to login or even reset my password in the account that had $100 in credits. What happened to this money?

i don't think your money is lost, i'm sure a moderator can look into this. I'm sure all you'll need to give them is your phone number. They'll most likely be able to get to password and username reset. Good luck, but i'm sure you'll be alright. Only issue would be being patient and waiting for a moderator to get in touch with you.
