Can't create a self serve Account

I've been with public mobile since 2011, I have been very satisfied but since they removed call center it's impossible for me to get any answers.

This is the most frustrating thing I ever had to go through.

My credit card was frauded 2 months ago so they sent me a new card. I have been trying to enter my new credit card with Public mobile but it's impossible.

I went to a mall where there is the kiosk and they can't do anything for me except sell me a voucher. I need help cause I think it's very complicated and nonprofessional for a huge company to neglect their customers.

@Loupearl  Have you ever logged into your self serve account: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/?

Once logged in, proceed to the Payment tab >> below One Time Payment you will see  "Manage my card": click it then delete the current card and enter the new one.

I'd recommend contacting a Moderator. Explain the situation and they will help:

Current moderator hours are:
Monday to Friday from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time.
Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.

 

Heads up, depending on how busy they are it might be a day or two to hear back. But they are the people who do what you would normally go to a call centre for.

 

While you wait, maybe we can help troubleshoot. What is the error you are getting? Did you let your account go unpaid for more than 90 days? Have you tried paying through dialing *611?
