Can't change credit info

forgot my password and security question. Hadn't needed it for years. Can't sign in to change my credit card info. Account suspended. Help

Just in case you didn't know, you can usually find the cards anywhere gift cards are sold. 

 

Also, some users have had success with https://www.recharge.com/en/canada/public-mobile-top-up

During business hours, we strive to answer customer messages swiftly. You will often get an answer within an hour. During peak periods, you may need to wait up to 48 hours.

Moderators are available:

  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8AM- 10PM Eastern time.
