While Hangouts Dialer only provides free calling to places in North America, there are other ways to talk to people for free. You can use apps such as Facebook Messenger or Viber to make free calls to people who also use those apps. Hangouts has the advantage of allowing free calls to regular phone numbers for free.

@esjliv  With Hangouts Dialer if you are outside North America you will still be able to call any North American number for free. If you want to call a number outside North America you need to load funds into your account.

If you haven't done so already, you can claim the 1gb data and 400 LD minutes for $0 until Dec 25th to call the US; but, yes you will need an add-on to call the US or international. Hope this helps~

You can't call if you don't have CALLS to US included in your plans package.

You would probably need to buy the $8 200 US & Canada Long Distance Minutes.

Anyways, those 200 minutes don't expire until you use them all up.

Minutes last until theu are fully cosumed.
