Until we help you understand what your billing error maybe moderator contact is premature. You come to the community for us to help you. Simple simon the chatbot can tell you how to contact the moderators.....that's how simple that answer is.....

Our purpose in the community is to help you understand how your service and self serve account works so you can avoid having to contact the moderators unless absolutely necessary.

What billing error are you experiencing? Perhaps it's a misunderstanding. Or options can be offered to deal with it.

Proper way is to open ticket with mod

But could you tell us what is the issue ?  We might be able to help.  .  If it is a misunderstanding, maybe no need to involve mod
