Until we help you understand what your billing error maybe moderator contact is premature. You come to the community for us to help you. Simple simon the chatbot can tell you how to contact the moderators.....that's how simple that answer is.....

What billing error are you experiencing? Perhaps it's a misunderstanding. Or options can be offered to deal with it.
