Hi, I am in BC.

My plan is $15.

I activated auto-payment -$2. The total will be $13.

But, I have been charged 14.52 on my credit card. I don't know why??

Yeah definitely not overcharged. The price that is shown is before tax - the price after is shown after tax is applied. The same with me, my phone bill is $20 but I actually pay 22.6 (since 20*0.13 = 2.6, 20+2.6 = 22.6). Hope this helped! I'm in Ontario

Right $14.56

1. Did you have a 4 cent balance?

2. Can you show us a screen show of your $ transactions and exclude any identifiers?

And you likely know that any top up or auto-pay has taxes on it.

On a top up you can see the taxes if you hit a key BEFORE YOU HIT SUBMIT and the page will refresh and show taxes.

And the only "other" place you will see taxes is on your credit card. Everything in PM is with out tax.

 @simash : Are you sure about that $14.52? I get $14.56. The credit card will see the taxes paid. Buying vouchers charges the tax. The only place taxes show on the site is when making a manual payment from a registered card. The self-serve will show all numbers before tax.

@simash

You will also need to pay GST + PST on top of the $13.

In your case in BC, 12% tax.
