Autopay not working

My plan keeps expiring with available funds in acct. I try to pay manually and the plan renews but doesn't reduce acct balance. What's up?

I really hope the @CS_Agent has been giving updates and progress reports to those still affected by the $15 plan, data renewals, no texting etc. Issues that have been going on for quite a while.

But here you are inviting customers to contact you for new problems.

@hewidog  Do you have AutoPay setup? Can you post a screenshot of your payment history for the past 90 days. Minus any private info of course.
