Sorry, we are unable to verify your credit card information, so this purchase could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged.

While you are waiting for moderator to help you, try the following tips.
Make sure the credit card address matches what is on your statement.
1. If you live in multi-unit building, don't use the unit # or apt#. Just use the building number.
2. If the postal code on your statement has a space in the middle, left the last digit out. PM check the first 6 characters of the postal code only including the middle space.

@zeemerman As stated earlier by other users, you may have to contact a moderator who can unblock your card.
Though it may not work, one thing you could try is using incognito mode and clearing cache on your browser and try again after waiting an hour or so.
I hope you do manage to get this resolved quickly.
Good Luck.

@zeemerman You get this message via self-service, right? What if you try to add money through 611 call ?

@zeemerman your card may be locked from too many attempts. Contact the moderators amd ask them to apply payment for you and to reset your service if applicable. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.
