Autopay didn't work, service suspended

Hello,

I'm on Autopay but it didn't go through, and now my account is suspended.

Is this a broader issue or should I click to manually pay? I don't want this to happen next month.

Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks!

I had this issue once. I paid manually then updated my auto payment information. It didn't affect my loyalty reward.

@jex Sometimes Autopay fails, so you need to manually add funds to your account through self-service.

You can make a manual payment.

  1. How To Make A Payment
    1. Sign in to Self-Serve.
    2. Click on the Payment tab
    3. From here, you can make a one-time payment.

@jex  You have to reactivate your service.  Use this link to see how to do it https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Paying-for-your-service/Is-there-actually-a-reactivat...

As to a broader issue, unfortunately, autopay fails sometimes, I'm not aware of one. To be on the safe side, you could manually apply the funds a couple days before it's due per 30 day cycle.
