I am on autopay but my payment was not processed. After 4 days of no service they posted enough to cover my data but I still have no phone service. I also tried to make a payment and that didn't work either. Help!!

Check the autopay date on the bottom of Self-serve and the plan renewal date. They should be the same day. If different contact the mods.

OK I think it is fixed. The last time I tried to make a payment it didn't work. This time I applied the necessary amount to top up my account and it went through and now my account shows the correct balance and my service is no longer suspended. I 'll see what happens in a month.

What error do you get when trying to make one time payment and auto payment error?
If you can not make one time payment, only moderator can find out why if it is their system issue or your payment method issue.
We need more info to find out why.
