Hi I am New and a Senior from Toronto Ontario Canada who is Technically Challenged!  HOW CAN I SET UP SELF SERVE ACCOUNT AND THEN USE IT TO SET UP, " Auto Pay" ( which is a very good way to be paid up) IF SELF SERVE DOES NOT ACCEPT my email address or password or even a user name??

@Judithcatherine . Here's a link on setting up your self service account.  This will work once yoir phone is working properly. https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/create-a-self-serve-account

Once you create your self service account, log in to add your autopay credit card. Here's a link on doing that https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/register-your-payment-card

See picture on where to find it.

Judithcatherine, it is advisable to clear your browser cache and go into incognito mode in your web browser. Is there a close family member who can assist you with this.

@Judithcatherine  Click here to register your selfserve account.

Setting up AutoPay means that you earn $2 every 30 days!
To set up AutoPay, sign in to your Self-Serve account, select the ‘Payment’ tab, then ‘Register for AutoPay’. From here, you can sign up for AutoPay or remove the feature, if you no longer want payments to automatically occur. If you would like to change the card that is automatically charged, scroll to the bottom of the ‘Payment’ tab, then select ‘Manage my card’. This will allow you to update or remove your credit or Visa Debit card.

Note: When entering the postal code do not enter any spaces. Also do not use the unit number field even if you live in an apartment or condo and use a desktop browser if you can.

Hope this helps!
