@Sue2Not trying to be rude, but if you don't know how to change your plan, you may not have cancelled autopay properly. Can I ask why you would remove auto pay if you want to remain a customer? It's free money, even if you don't use the feature and top up in advance, just keeping it on the account is a discount

Look where it says My Rewards, do you see under it
Do you see $0 or $2 or $6?
Scroll down near the bottom left corner, do you see Autopay field? Does it say "
Then click here https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/ and click "MANAGE AUTOPAY" Do you see anything there? If yes, click "REMOVE AUTOPAY"
If it says $0 and there is nothing there, you will want to contact the mods to correct this error.
If you want to change your plan to unlimited call and text click here
Then select $25 Unlimited Talk and Text
Then at the bottom, select either "Change Plan Now" or "Change On Next Renewal Date".
