Auto pay not working

so i have auto pay set up havent had a problem till now the payment didnt come out and the money is in the account removed the card and tried to add it back now it wont let me add it or pay my bill can someone help

@eileendowner  in these situations I would buy a voucher vrom recharge.com (they charge a service fee but no tax.  and use that to get your phone working. then deal woth the credit card.

Common cc issues

1) make sure selfserve and cc address are exatly as cc statement

2) leav out any unit number ie 123 street name vs 123 b street name

3) leave out last digit of postal code
