Click the ? in lower right side of screen to start process of contacting a moderator. They'll make the correction as long as you had a valid credit card on your account at time of renewal.
PM did not give you the autopay $2 on your September renewal.
Create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right hand bottom corner of this page. Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.
Moderator will manually add $2 to your account as available fund which can be used for next renewal.
