Hello,
I am wondering if I could set up preauthorized payment by giving my banking information.
I am stuck in being qualified on my bank account to free charge of service fee. I need to set up two preauthorized payment. The only think I could make it except for a credit card payment is phone fee. let me know and stay safe.

@minjungkang As noted PM doesn't facilitate pre-autothorized payment directly via your bank, so unfortunately your only other options available are either via Visa/Mastercard or Amex, or Visa/Mastercard Debit and set up autopay in your account to charge these cards for payment at renewal, or you can also opt to pay your account by vouchers which are available at retailers, gas and convenience stores or even online. You can use either the 611 system or your self serve account to make a payment by voucher.
