Years and years of pm service.. never totally lost service.. do what you are supposed to do.. your phone will work.. yes there is the odd hiccup.. nothing is perfect.. especially when it’s cheap.. you get what yo pay for.. and most problems can be fixed here......

@Patmac : So your services stopped and then you made a manual payment from the same registered card? Have you re-toggled the autopay option?

did you try manual payment today and did it go through?
How did you resolve it last month? did you just try manual payment after and it worked? Or you need PM Customer Support's help to get it through? did you try to put another credit card on the system?
If you have a 2nd credit card and you don't mind, you can try to put it on the system and see how it goes. If you have just one card, I guess you can try to open ticket with PM CS Agent and see if they can tell you what happened.
Don't give up. Autopay did fail sometimes, but once it is working again, it should be good.

Where do you think the problem is?
- Did you try paying using different browser?
- Did auto-pay failed?
- Issues with your credit card?
If you experience frequent payments fail, why don't you try to add funds to your account few days before renewal day? So called 'hybrid' payment...

Have you tried removing and either adding back the same credit card or using a different one ?
Some people keep a balance in their account as a backup in case autopay fails.
