Unles you're on a $10 plan and it was in suspended state, adding $10 to your account balance would not enabled phone calls. Are you on a $10 plan?  And if you are, did you click on the reactivate service button?

If you aren't on a $15 plan (or a $10 plan that has been suspended), you'll have to purchase a long distance minute add-on which would actually provide more minutes on top of a $10 or $15 price plan. There are no pay-per-use charges at Public Mobile, so having balance in your account will not enable a feature to work.

Hi @Mangaan

Any progress? Please let us know if you managed to resolved it and how.

Thank you

@Mangaan

As others have pointed out, purchasing Add-Ons is a 2-step process.
- Add funds to your account.
- Use the funds to purchase the Add-On.

Public Mobile is prepaid, there are no surprise charges. PM will not randomly charge your credit card or use up your funds. The only "automatic" charge is your plan renewal every 30 days.

@Mangaan Reboot your phone.

You have done the first step, now log into your account and go to add-ons and purchase one that suits you. There is currently a $5 add on that gets you 500 minutes canada-wide!

Whay are your available funds now, 10?

Did your plan expire? Do you have reactivate button?

If not then 10 is available money you can buy plan or add-on with.

If you are out of minutes you need to buy the add-on 500 for 5 ( great deal)

If you want to renew your 10 plan early you will have to contact moderators.

If you want to switch to 10 plan from 15 You will need to do it from your selfserve.
