Account suspended

My account has been suspended for whatever reason. I signed up 3 months ago and signed up with auto pay. I get this message on my account:

"Your account has been suspended. Make a payment to reactivate your current plan.

Suspended accounts are deactivated after 90 days if payment is not received. You will lose your phone number and service." It also says: Balance due: $0.00. 
  • AutoPay
  • You are currently registered for dynamic Autopay
  • AutoPay Next Payment Date: Oct 6, 2017
  • AutoPay Amount: This is your plan cost minus Rewards. Any Available funds will be applied first.
Please help I have been out of service for 2 days.

I self-corrects usually. You should be able to still use your phone during that time.
