Account suspended despite having $240 as current balance

Because they took your money. You're never going to see that money again.

If you haven't already done what Mary suggested, go a head and message the mod team by clicking @CS_Agent

Include your phone number, account number and SIM number if you happen to have it handy.  The system probably just glitched and they should be able to fix it for you.

Do not send a draft cheque if they are asking for money thru mail, it's a scam, I have been scammed already do not mail any cheque to Public Mobile.
