Account payment not being taken from account

My renewal date was August 23, 2019, I have purchased/entered payment vouchers today, and the money is within the account. The money has not be taken to resume my service yet.

Did you click in the reactivate button? It should do it for you but you might need to manually click.

If you have available funds, it should have re-started.  Is there a re-activate button that you can press to restart your plan in the self service account page?

 

Or you could try the lost/stolen phone trick to restart your SIM.  

To report your phone  lost/stolen.  Login to your account.  Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Then choose Lost/Stolen Phone tab.  The choose Suspend Service tab.  Logout.  Wait few minutes.  Login in and report your phone found.  Reboot phone.

Do you see the button reactivate?

If that doesn't work try reporting your phone lost then in couple of minutes report it found, then restart your phone

If that didn't work, try adding $1 to your account.
