A new credit card was sent out to me and therefore the one I had on file is no longer good

@Kammycam19 did you try the Forgot Password link?  Once you put in the correct password, you will be ask to answer the security question.

 

If you cannot get through Forgot password to reset, you will have to open ticket with PM Customer Support Agent as advised above.

Before anything else, have you went through the forgotten password procedure at selfserve.publicmobile.ca?

@Kammycam19...log in to your account / Payment / scroll down to Manage my Card

hey, you have marked yourself the solution.. so, you still need help ??  🙂

 

To update your card,  Logon to My Account-> Payment Tab , Manage My card and the Replace this credit card

then just re-enter the card information.

 

if you want to be safe, once entered, try a manual payment for an amount of $1 or so and make sure it goes through
