Why is it sometimes I put money on for my plan and it doesn't renew where does the money go when it doesn't renew I do not like your service about six times I have put money on for my plan and it doesn't go through so I end up paying double

Did you go in your self serve account ..tab PAYMENT...and HISTORY PAYMENT and you will see exactly what happened with your money.

Also, check your payment history. It should have all the details there.

Very unusual unless you are changing plans just after renewal; especially if you have autopay ON.
