Please help with finding 4 digit pin to change the credit card Information

If you cannot find the text message with you PIN # that PM sent you ahortly after activation.  You need to ask moderator to get you your PIN#.

You may need to provide any 3 of the following info to verify your identity if you don't know your PIN#:
- Complete mailing address,
- Email address,
- Alternate phone number,
- Date of birth,
- Last top up date & amount

@Saritaghai  You can't change cc information using your PIN. You need to do it using selfserve.

You would have been texted it when you signed up. You might still find it saved in the local storage of the SIM as well as your message history.

@Saritaghai , check your historical text messages.  There should be one received at the time of sign up with the 4 digit PIN.  If you can't locate the text, then you need to ask the moderator team for support.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Please include a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution. This will speed up problem resolution significantly. Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team.

This you make up when first activating your sim card. 

You would have to contact moderators for it.

One way to check if you have an android phone and it's the same one that you used to sign up.

Open messages.

Top right click 3 dots.

Click settings.

Click advanced settings.

Click "sim card messages".....the pin might be there.

The only way to recover your pin it is to ask the moderators for it.  The moderator team can be reached by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this
