"Valid" is a tricky word. Maybe the code had an O and a 0 was typed instead. Or a 5 instead of an S. Or an L was written as lower case and a 1 was typed in. Or 2 instead of 7. Or 4 instead of 9. Or 6 instead of G.

Rewards don't "take any money off" until renewal. Credits appear in Available Funds and can be used towards the plan or to buy add-ons.

Hi @shaaron 

Are you referring to your friends using yours or you using your friend's referral.

When you sign up and use it you will get $10 the next day usually. If it's longer than 72 hours and you are not getting anything then please contact moderators with your friend's code.

When your friend signs up they get that 10 within 72 hours, you should get an SMS that you made referral and you should see in your reward section the last 4 digits of their number. If you don't, please ask them to contact moderators with your referral code.

@shaaron if you have not received it after 3 to 5 days you will have to contact the moderators.

Click the question mark in the bottom right and type rewards missing, then contact us. And you can open a ticket.

@shaaron  If you just referred for the first time for the $20 bonus referral code it will be credited to your account within 30 days but sometime after June 5th. The $1 monthly reward should be showing in your account on the your overview page and your rewards page.

The referral can take up to 72 hours.  The $1 referral award should be immediate as long as the person you referred has an active account.

@shaaron hi yes it works fine   the person being referred will get 10 dollars in their account within 72 hours  the person giving the code will get  1 dollar off every 30 day cycle

@shaaron  If you are the one that used the code, the money will show up in your account within I believe 2-3 days. (If its the current special referral of $20 for your first referral that will take up to June 5th). If you provided the code you will receive $1 off per month that the referred account is active.
