the flash promotion

Hi

May 26,27, there was a Flash promotion, I persuaded my wife to join Public Mobile in Walmart for the first-month-free-$30-plan, and ported her number. 

Seemed she saved $10+$30+tax = $45.20. good deal for her, but no deal for my service, because I activated Public Mobile service on May 24, just 2 days before the Flash Promotion. 

My question is, can public mobile be so nice to match the promotion price for me as well?
