Hi @sahildeepsingh

As mentioned, you can see the overall procedure here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-started

Here are some more details:
1. Get a SIM card. You can order online or pick up in-store:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/store-locator

2. Select a plan for you:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/plans

3. Make sure your phone is unlocked and compatible with PM:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/where-to-buy-a-compatible-phone

4. Sign up for a promotion like this one:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/FLASH-SALE-Get-your-second-month-FREE-w...

5. Once you have your SIM card, get ready to activate your plan
- Use a referral code and you will receive $10 off your first renewal.
- Pick a PIN and security question/answer and keep note of them for future use.
- You will need to pay for the first month by credit card or payment voucher.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/accepted-payments-for-activation
If you pay by credit card and register for AutoPay, you will be eligible for $2 discount (applied towards future renewals).
- To port your number, enter your Bell account number and your full name as registered on your Bell account. Your Bell account has to be active and make sure you do not have number porting blocked on your Bell account.

6. When you are finished the activation, your PM SIM card will work immediately.

Note that incoming calls and texts to your number will continue to go to your Bell SIM until the porting process is complete (which can take minutes or up to a few hours).

7. Logon your self-serve account at any time to check your plan status and account details.

Feel free to post again if you have any questions.

I just joined and it was super easy. Assuming you've checked that your phone works on Public Mobile, it's not locked to your current provider, and you have a sim card already it's very quick.

Once you go through the first couple of steps activating your sim, you get to a page where you pick your number. Once you select port number then just enter in your current phone number, then it'll ask for some additional details about the account you have with your current provider. Continue through the rest of the set up and at the end you activate your account. I got an email right away from the old provider that I had cancelled my service. Put in the Public Mobile sim and it started working right away. The port can take more time, and there might be extra steps if you have any kind of port verification set up with your current provider, but it should be pretty straightforward. Good luck.

@sahildeepsingh   The first thing you may want to do is register for this promotion in which you may be eligible to get your second month free.

The page also explains the activation process from thereon forward.
