is it possible to reuse a email address from deactivated accounts? i dont want to create any new emails but want to move back to public mobile.
would be really nice if you allowed multiple lines under one email.

@akafred The workaround is to use an email alias. If you use Gmail the you can use aliases.

Given how the event promotion is tied to an existing email address, I would say it is now possiblev to reuse an email address. It is should be pretty easy to find out during the activation process.

You can also use the "." to make more Gmail address. Like somone@gmail.com and some.one@gmail.com go to the same address.

You can use one Gmail account with 2 or 3 aliases fore example someone@gmail.com, Alias #1 Someone+PM1@gmail.com, #2 Someone+PM2@gmail.com. Just make sure it doesn't go over 30 characters. There have been complaints of emails longer than that not being accepted at activation.Welcome back.

I used the same email before
It's not supposed to work but it did, so you could try. I expected the error but activation went through
Did you get that come back offer? In that case you must use the same one
You could contact moderators for help https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 if it won't work.
If you use Gmail you can use aliases, name@gmail will receive messages for n.ame@gmail or name+124@gmai
But to accept that offer you must use the same address

Entire Public Mobile accounts never get "deleted". The best you could possibly hope for would be for Public Mobile to allow the future use of an e-mail address. There's actually a promotion right now for some former customers that requires the customer to activate using the same e-mail address as before.

is there any plans on ever allowing old accounts to be deleted? this is a major downfall to public mobile. between all previous and current accounts i have like 5 emails used up.

No @akafred you need a new unique email address. You can't reuse one from a deacitvated account. Welcome back. Stay safe.

You would need to use a different email.
