As per what the others have said, and at this point, nobody on the forums can take care of that, i.e. we're all just customers, like you, and have no access to your account, so it's up to the Moderator team now.

@fdrcamb519 You just need to be patient. Ports can take up to 4 hours to complete. Just keep using your Freedom SIM until it stops working. Once that happens it means the port is complete at which point you can start using your PM sim.

If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Or activate with a temporary number and contact a moderator to port your number. See article https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Number-transfer-in-Self-Serve-impacted-...
Note in either case your Freedom account must be active to port.
