phone will not except PW

My phone will not except PW, finger print or pic.   

Phone call will come in  Please help

The solution depends on the type of phone you have.

If you have an iPhone, you're best off to make an appointment at an Apple store, and inform them of the situation.

If you have an Android phone, it is generally possible to put the phone into recovery mode and factory restore it. Unfortunately, the downside to this is that you will lose all of the information on your phone such as pictures, contacts, and apps.

@marymcIntyreYou will need to visit a phone shop to get that resolved (if your phone is from Apple go to your nearby Apple Store). It sounds like your Public Mobile service is working.
