I requested to transfer my number. Currently, the data is working and i am able to calling out. However, all the incoming calls and messages are still on the old provider. It has been two days like this. Can you please assist?

Try rebooting, removing and reinserting SIM card.
If that doesn't work, call the porting helpline at 1-844-232-7678 for trouble with porting.
It's not available for any other account related inquiries.
You should remove any of your personal information by clicking on the three dots on the top right corner.
You would need to submit a ticket to a moderator.
