over the data limit

I have lost my  pin number and am over my data usage what do you suggest

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

• Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

If you can wait until next cycle, it will reset the data limit.   

But the acces issue, need to fix first.
