not receiving the calls and text after the port iy has been more than 8 hours since port.

Can you tell us what steps you took to port over to PM so we can see if you missed a step?

Put the sim from your previous provider back into your phone and make sure to reply to the port request.

can you do try reseat the SIM card
1.power off your device
2.take out the SIM card,
3.wipe it clean SIM card,
4.put it back and power on,
5.toggling airplane mode off/on,
it happened sometime you know, A normal reboot without reset, didn't work. At least try it,
only work after reseating the SIM card.
can you try it selecting the network to "3G ONLY"

what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on.

Did you go through this step:
1. receive an sms from your old provider
2. reply YES to the SMS within 90 mins
this has to be completed to allow the port to go through
Check your Inbox in the Community. I will message you a phone number. It's Porting team and they will provide your porting status or help to re-trigger the SMS if you missed
